Keith Richards to be in
According to Johnny Depp, Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards is lined up to play the swashbuckling father of a pirate in the third installment of the Pirates of the Caribbean series. Depp said he adopted the body language and mannerisms of the veteran guitarist to create Captain Jack’s character. Richards has gone on record as saying he will do all his stunts (he was recently injured during a "stunt practice"). But there is no confirmation as to whether he will do a duet with Depp on the Pirates' classic, "Yo Ho Ho And A Bottle Of Rum", originally written by Robert Lewis Stevenson in 1881. There have been reports of Depp and Richards practising the song, with Richards on acoustic guitar and Depp on yukele. There were also preliminary rumors that Mick Jagger was slated for the film, but insiders said that Mick rejected the role as a crew member, while Keith Richards got a bigger part.
